On a fully fenced 1,100 m² property, there are two holiday homes situated one behind the other. Each house has its own jacuzzi, an additionally fenced terrace, and a small private garden.
The parking area and olive grove are shared and available to guests of both houses.
The first house, Lee House, is a pet-friendly holiday home for 4 + 2 guests. It is available for bookings throughout the entire year.
Outside the summer season, you can also stay for just a weekend, relax in the jacuzzi, and enjoy walks and excursions around Istria. Enjoy locally produced Istrian wine and high-quality Istrian cuisine.
During the summer season, the minimum stay is 7 nights.
Pets must be announced in advance, and a pet fee applies.

Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged 10 days before arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 30 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 30 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 0% of the total amount paid.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
