Naša klimatizirana kuća THE LEE HOUSE, zajedno s našom manjom THE GREEN HOUSE, nalazi se u mirnom dijelu istarskog sela Peroj s privatnim parkirnim mjestima. U našem velikom mediteranskom vrtu možete se opustiti, baviti jogom, meditirati itd. Vaš privatni whirlpool poziva vas da uživate u toplim večerima uz hladno piće iz vlastitog hladnjaka. Na našoj terasi možete poslužiti hranu iz potpuno opremljene kuhinje s pećnicom, mikrovalnom pećnicom, aparatom za kavu, bojlerom za vodu i perilicom posuđa ili koristiti roštilj.
S dvokrevetnom sobom, dodatnom dvokrevetnom sobom, kuhinjom-dnevnim boravkom s kaučem na razvlačenje, odvojenim mjestom za vašeg psa (maks. 2), kupaonicom s WC-om i tušem, besplatnim WIFI-jem, perilicom rublja i 42-inčnim TV-om neće vam ništa nedostajati i osjećat ćete se kao kod kuće. Uprava je odvojena i smještena na istom posjedu.
U roku od 10 minuta hoda do mora i 10 minuta vožnje do grada Fažane nalaze se restorani, barovi, supermarketi i lokalni turistički ured. Poznati nacionalni park Brijuni može se posjetiti brodom tijekom dana.

Other places like Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Vodnjan, Barbariga, ect. can be reached by car within 30 minutes.

Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged 10 days before arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 30 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 30 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 0% of the deposit amount.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
